The Scarpa Ribelle Tech 3 HD is the evolution of the iconic fast and light mountaineering boot, now more technical and efficient than ever. It blends elements of running and mountaineering footwear to move quickly across mixed terrain, with reduced weight and performance built to challenge the standards of its category.
Extreme lightness with Polartec® Windbloc® protection
At an approximate weight of 660 g per boot (size 42), the Ribelle Tech 3 HD features a sock-like knit upper that blends different yarns and structures for elasticity, abrasion resistance and durability. The Polartec® Windbloc® lining shields against wind, water and cold without sacrificing breathability.
Sock-Fit PLUS fit and Speed Lacing closure
The Sock-Fit PLUS system merges the shaft and tongue into a single seamless knit piece, with varying thickness and elasticity for a precise, agile fit. The trail-running-inspired Speed Lacing system pairs with a PU lace protection cover and a Fast Strap Velcro ankle strap for quick adjustment and maximum hold while climbing.
Walking efficiency with DROP 6 and Megagrip traction
The Precision Tech Roll Lite outsole, unique in its category thanks to DROP 6, delivers lateral stability, secure braking and climbing efficiency. The Vibram® Megagrip tread compound offers excellent grip on both dry and wet surfaces, compatible with semi-automatic crampons.
