The Scarpa Rush 2 Mid GTX is a mountain boot that combines the feel of a running shoe with the support of a hiking boot, built for those who want to tackle the mountains at a faster pace without compromising comfort or support. Its synthetic Eco Mesh, Eco Microfiber, and Eco Film upper delivers breathability and sustainability, while the GORE-TEX membrane guarantees waterproof, breathable protection in wet conditions.
IKS technology and anti-torsion system
The outsole and midsole integrate IKS (Interactive Kinetic System) technology, featuring seven internal impact-absorbing domes distributed across the footprint. These domes act as shock absorbers, compressing on impact to absorb energy and return it with every stride. The new anti-torsion system improves the boot's overall stability, particularly valuable on uneven footholds during long walks.
Dual-density midsole and TPU chassis
The dual-density midsole, combined with a TPU chassis, delivers stability and a great capacity for impact absorption with every step. The anatomical insole rounds out the package, providing comfort and foot support during long hiking days, while the mid-cut height offers ankle protection without restricting freedom of movement.
Presa TRK-01 outsole and gender-specific fit
The Presa® TRK-01 outsole, made from a high-grip, durable SuperGum compound, delivers exceptional traction and stability across any type of technical terrain. Thanks to the ACTIVfit system, the Rush 2 Mid GTX is developed with a last and construction specifically designed for the male foot, ensuring an optimal fit and superior performance across all mountain activities.
