The Scarpa Rush Kid GTX is a low-cut kids' shoe designed to accompany young explorers on their first hiking and light trekking adventures. Extremely lightweight, with a technical and durable upper, it strikes the perfect balance between trail-running agility and the support needed for family hikes, thanks to the GORE-TEX Extended Comfort membrane that keeps feet dry and protected in any weather.
Padded collar and customisable fit
The autofit 3D padded collar wraps around the child's ankle, delivering extra comfort and protection throughout the day's walking. The lacing system, connected to a webbing network that spreads pressure evenly, allows the fit volume to be personalised for a wraparound feel around the foot — ideal for growing feet that need a precise fit without pressure points.
PRESA KID-01 outsole with IKS technology
The PRESA® KID-01 outsole, developed with IKS (Interactive Kinetic System) technology, sets new comfort and cushioning standards specifically designed for children's feet. The two-tone SuperGum compound delivers reliable grip on any type of terrain, while the ultralight EVA midsole absorbs impacts and protects growing joints during outdoor activity.
Protection and lightness in every step
The technical mesh upper features a heat-sealed TPU external cage, designed by Scarpa, adding extra support and structure without penalising the shoe's overall weight. The reinforced internal toe cap protects the foot from accidental knocks against rocks and roots, making the Rush Kid GTX a reliable companion for exploring trails, country paths, and family mountain routes.
