If you are dissatisfied with the product, you may exchange it, provided it is unused (with the exception of cosmetic or medical products, which cannot be returned) and is in its original packaging as received.

Shipping costs

All orders will be shipped to the address indicated by the buyer. The order will be processed once payment has been made and payment confirmed. Shipments will be made daily, except on non-working days.

The order will be received at its destination under the following terms:

Spain and Portugal:

For shipments within the Peninsula, the order will be delivered by a courier company (SEUR or MRW) within 48-72 hours after payment confirmation from the bank (always considering working days and excluding local or national holidays in both the sending and receiving countries).

Shipping costs are automatically calculated through the website based on the destination country and will be detailed during the order process.

Shipping within the Iberian Peninsula will be free for orders over €50.

Europe:

For these orders, shipping will be made via regular mail (LA POSTE) within 2-5 days after confirmation of payment by the bank (always considering business days and excluding local or national holidays in both the sending and receiving countries).

Specifications

The SWITCHBACK 27 by Ortovox is a technical, minimalist backpack built for the most demanding ski touring, weighing just 890 g. Its back-panel access to the main compartment allows quick reach to safety gear, while the A-Skifix, D-Skifix and Fast-Skifix systems let you carry skis safely and flexibly. The Full Contact Light Back System panel distributes weight optimally even under full load, and the separate compartment for shovel and probe makes it the ideal companion for ski touring in alpine terrain.
