Exchanges and returns

If you are dissatisfied with the product, you may exchange it, provided it is unused (with the exception of cosmetic or medical products, which cannot be returned) and is in its original packaging as received.

Exchanges will be accepted within 15 calendar days of receipt. All return and shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.

Shipping costs

All orders will be shipped to the address indicated by the buyer. The order will be processed once payment has been made and payment confirmed. Shipments will be made daily, except on non-working days.

The order will be received at its destination under the following terms:

Spain and Portugal:

For shipments within the Peninsula, the order will be delivered by a courier company (SEUR or MRW) within 48-72 hours after payment confirmation from the bank (always considering working days and excluding local or national holidays in both the sending and receiving countries).

Shipping costs are automatically calculated through the website based on the destination country and will be detailed during the order process.

Shipping within the Iberian Peninsula will be free for orders over €50.

Europe:

For these orders, shipping will be made via regular mail (LA POSTE) within 2-5 days after confirmation of payment by the bank (always considering business days and excluding local or national holidays in both the sending and receiving countries).

Specifications

Tierra Four, a model that shares the same characteristics as the Tierra Three model except for the height, as this model has an H4 height, semi-cushion, 8 cm above approach/hiking shoes. Ideal for your medium-distance outings. Protection and cushioning are guaranteed by the reinforcements in the areas exposed to the most wear. Additionally, to keep the sock in place at all times, you'll appreciate an adaptability and anti-slip strip and, in the shaft area, a non-constricting ribbed finish. A seamless design with no seams around the perimeter and asymmetrical, differentiated with the letters "L" and "R" for better application of the benefits to the body.

Highly breathable and supported by the Silver Base Layer mesh developed with high antibacterial properties. Designed with Bmax Tetra technology, a combination of Regenactiv technology and multi-channel fibers whose composition and structure combat the main causes of blisters, such as overheating, humidity, and friction. They are also developed with the ESP1 plantar structure, which consists of additional reinforcement in the areas of greatest impact and wear of the sock, such as the toe, heel, and midsole.
