If you are dissatisfied with the product, you may exchange it, provided it is unused (with the exception of cosmetic or medical products, which cannot be returned) and is in its original packaging as received.

Shipping costs

All orders will be shipped to the address indicated by the buyer. The order will be processed once payment has been made and payment confirmed. Shipments will be made daily, except on non-working days.

The order will be received at its destination under the following terms:

Spain and Portugal:

For shipments within the Peninsula, the order will be delivered by a courier company (SEUR or MRW) within 48-72 hours after payment confirmation from the bank (always considering working days and excluding local or national holidays in both the sending and receiving countries).

Shipping costs are automatically calculated through the website based on the destination country and will be detailed during the order process.

Shipping within the Iberian Peninsula will be free for orders over €50.

Europe:

For these orders, shipping will be made via regular mail (LA POSTE) within 2-5 days after confirmation of payment by the bank (always considering business days and excluding local or national holidays in both the sending and receiving countries).

KERMA VECTOR 4 is an all-mountain alpine ski pole, built to deliver comfort without giving up durability. Its 18 mm Dural aluminium shaft, light yet strong, improves the efficiency of power transfer with every plant. The ergonomic bi-material grip provides a comfortable, secure hold throughout the day, while the neoprene strap spreads pressure more evenly across the wrist and doesn't absorb moisture. The 60 mm bi-material all-mountain basket offers stability in any snow condition, and the steel tip ensures traction even in lift-line areas. A reliable pole, built to accompany any day on the mountain.
