TECHNICAL INFORMATION
- Dual BOA system - features two independent micro-adjustable dials: one on the lower shell, based on BOA's original H+i1 system, and one around the cuff. Both work together to wrap the foot and leg with even, zonal pressure, so the instep and shin each get an independent, precise fit. As the boot flexes, the system's continuous cable shifts tension progressively, improving power transmission and the connection with the ski.
- Adaptive Bi-Injected shell - a bi-injected shell that combines different PU hardnesses in a single piece for immediate response and direct power transmission to the ski. By removing traditional buckles from the design, the shell can be built with longer, continuous panels, reducing localized pressure points. The result is a more uniform flex feel across the whole boot, without the stiff zones typical of buckle closures.
- Quick Fit panel - a removable guide panel at the top of the shell that centers and seats easily, letting the cuff open and close in a single motion. This creates ample room to step in and out of the boot without loosening buckles one by one, especially useful in a design without traditional closures. The result is a much faster, more comfortable fitting experience than a conventional buckle boot.
- AUTOFIT tongue - features viscoelastic foam that progressively molds to the skier's shin shape, reducing pressure in that sensitive area. This helps prevent the well-known "shin bang", a common discomfort in high-flex boots like this 105-flex model. Its effect improves with use, as the foam memorizes the exact shape of the leg after several ski sessions.
- Ankle Sense padding - asymmetric padding placed at the heel and ankle area, designed to improve both hold and sensitivity at these points critical for ski control. By better securing the heel inside the boot, it reduces unwanted foot movement during flex and improves precision at the start of every turn. It's a feature built specifically for the female foot within the Veloce Space range.
- IF Pro Space W liner - the inner liner of the Space range, with a heat-moldable fit that adapts to the foot's anatomy after in-store heating. Its construction reduces internal volume without losing thermal insulation, in keeping with the performance character of the rest of the boot. Combined with the Dual BOA system, it delivers a wrapping, even feel from the very first fitting.
- GripWalk soles (ISO 23223) - curved, non-slip soles pre-mounted at the factory and certified under the ISO 23223 standard, improving grip when walking on hard or slippery surfaces. Their raised toe and heel profile mimics a natural walking gait, reducing the risk of falls off the slope. They're compatible with GripWalk-specific bindings, adding extra safety on the walk between the parking lot and the lifts.
