The Dalbello Veloce Space 120 Dual replaces traditional buckles with the Dual BOA H+i1 system, using two micro-adjustable dials that wrap the foot and cuff with even, precise pressure. Its Bi-Injected shell is stiffer at the bottom for precise power transmission, and softer on the cuff for easier entry, built on a two-piece Overlap construction. With a 101 mm adaptive last width and a flex of 120, it's a boot built for demanding skiers seeking maximum performance on piste.
Contour 5 technology adds factory extensions at common pressure points, and the Quick Fit panel with a removable upper guide makes stepping in and out of the boot easy in a single motion. The AUTOFIT tongue with viscoelastic foam molds to the shin, and the Ankle Sense padding improves ankle hold and sensitivity by interacting with the BOA system. The SPACE IF Advanced liner is heat-moldable, and the factory-installed GripWalk soles make walking safe both on and off piste.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION
- Dual BOA system (H+i1) - features two independent micro-adjustable dials: one on the lower shell, based on BOA's H+i1 platform, and one around the cuff. Both work together to wrap the foot and leg with even, zonal pressure, improving heel hold and edge-to-edge control. The H+i1 platform was developed with over 35,000 hours of design and field testing specific to alpine ski applications.
- Bi-Injected shell - combines two plastic densities in a single piece: stiffer at the bottom of the shell for precise power transmission, softer at the top of the cuff for easier entry. This two-piece (Overlap) construction keeps the rebound and control feel of traditional boots, with a flex of 120 built for demanding skiers. The result is a direct response to the ski without losing step-in comfort.
- Contour 5 technology - adds factory extensions at common shell pressure points, such as the ankle area and the fifth toe, leaving extra space from the first use. This reduces the discomfort typical of early outings and makes it easier for a bootfitter to work on those zones if further adjustment is needed. The result is a boot that fits the foot's anatomy better without losing the stiffness needed for a flex-120 boot.
- Quick Fit panel - a removable upper guide, easy to center in its housing, that lets the cuff open and close in a single motion, even with cold hands. This creates ample room to step in and out of the boot without handling buckles, especially useful in a Dual BOA design without traditional closures. The result is a much faster fitting experience than a conventional buckle boot.
- AUTOFIT tongue - features viscoelastic foam inserts that progressively mold to the skier's shin and calf shape, reducing pressure in that sensitive area. This helps prevent the well-known "shin bang", especially relevant on a flex-120 boot built for demanding use. Its effect improves with use, as the foam memorizes the exact shape of the leg after several ski sessions.
- Ankle Sense padding - asymmetric, elongated padding at the malleolus area, designed to interact better with the Dual BOA system and increase ankle sensitivity. By better securing this area, it reduces unwanted foot movement during flex and improves precision at the start of every turn. It's a component built specifically to complement the Veloce Space range's BOA closure.
- SPACE IF Advanced liner - the inner liner of the Space range, with an anatomical contour designed to improve stability and power transmission. Its heat-moldable construction allows it to be shaped to the foot's exact anatomy after in-store heating, complementing the work of the Dual BOA system. The result is a wrapping, stable feel suited to this boot's performance character.
- GripWalk soles (ISO 23223) - curved, non-slip soles installed at the factory and certified under the ISO 23223 standard, improving grip when walking on hard or slippery surfaces. Their raised toe and heel profile mimics a natural walking gait, reducing the risk of falls off the slope. They're compatible with GripWalk-specific bindings, subject to verification by the store's technician.
