The Scarpa Moraine Mid GTX Woman is the mid-height boot designed as a first hiking shoe for women, built to feel comfortable right from the first fit whether on short walks or long days in the mountains. Versatile and functional, it combines a mesh upper with water-repellent Nubuck suede inserts, while the GORE-TEX Extended Comfort membrane delivers excellent waterproofing and breathability in any weather.
Stability with Rear Heel Tension
The Rear Heel Tension system keeps the heel laterally stable, improving foot control on uneven footholds. The lightweight, reliable-lacing laces resist abrasion from continuous use, while the rubber toe guard adds an extra layer of security against knocks from rocks and roots.
Presa HIK-04 outsole with dual-density midsole
The PRESA HIK-04 outsole is developed specifically for an agile, versatile approach to trekking and fast hiking, delivering reliable traction across mixed terrain. The midsole integrates dual density at the heel to increase walking comfort, while a medial shank optimises foot stability throughout the day. The Active-Fit system tailors the last specifically to female foot anatomy, improving fit and overall performance.
Added safety with the RECCO system
Scarpa incorporates the RECCO system, a reflector that allows the wearer to be located in the event of needing mountain rescue, providing extra peace of mind on any outing. The GORE-TEX Extended Comfort membrane, Bluesign® certified and PFC-free, completes a boot that balances comfort, performance, and environmental responsibility.
