Exchanges and returns

If you are dissatisfied with the product, you may exchange it, provided it is unused (with the exception of cosmetic or medical products, which cannot be returned) and is in its original packaging as received.

Exchanges will be accepted within 15 calendar days of receipt. All return and shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.

Shipping costs

All orders will be shipped to the address indicated by the buyer. The order will be processed once payment has been made and payment confirmed. Shipments will be made daily, except on non-working days.

The order will be received at its destination under the following terms:

Spain and Portugal:

For shipments within the Peninsula, the order will be delivered by a courier company (SEUR or MRW) within 48-72 hours after payment confirmation from the bank (always considering working days and excluding local or national holidays in both the sending and receiving countries).

Shipping costs are automatically calculated through the website based on the destination country and will be detailed during the order process.

(Tècnic Esports reserves the right to change shipping prices, either due to annual price fluctuations by the courier company or due to a configuration error by the user; in this case, the customer will be notified before shipping.)

Shipping within the Iberian Peninsula will be free for orders over €50.

Europe:

For these orders, shipping will be made via regular mail (LA POSTE) within 2-5 days after confirmation of payment by the bank (always considering business days and excluding local or national holidays in both the sending and receiving countries).

Specifications

The UNIVERSAL BOTTLE HOLDER by Dynafit solves a very simple problem: where to put your bottle when you don't want to stop, take off your pack, and dig through it every time you need a drink. It attaches to your backpack's shoulder strap via a hook-and-loop closure and adjustable straps, keeping hydration always within reach and accessible in seconds, even mid-activity. Its insulated thermal lining keeps drinks cool on hot days and prevents them from freezing in sub-zero conditions, while an elastic cord holds the bottle firmly in place at all times.

It's compatible with the entire Dynafit Speed backpack line, while also fitting most other brands' packs thanks to its universal plastic attachment buckle. It fits standard hard bottles up to 750 ml, with the exception of wide-mouth Nalgene bottles, which are too wide for the holder.
